Grand National SemiFinalist 2012!


GRAND CHAMPION at 51st Annual Contest of Champions!

On Oct 20, the Franklin Band competed at MTSU in the 51st Annual Contest of Champions, placing 1st in Class AAA in preliminary competition.  In Finals Competition, the band won the Tennessee Governors Cup and placed 1st overall being named GRAND CHAMPION for the first time in Franklin Band history!


Bands of America 2012 Jacksonville Regional Champions!!!

On Oct 13, Franklin Band competed at Jacksonville State University placing 2nd in Prelims Competition in Class AAA.  In Finals Competition, the band won Outstanding Music and Outstanding General Effect and was named the Regional Champions!

We are experiencing growing pains!  Two years ago, we purchased new uniforms.  However since then we have increased in size and we need new uniforms for our new members.  Please check here often for opportunities to help us fund these purchases.  If you’d like to make a simple monetary donation, email fhsbandoffice@gmail.com to get information on how to donate.
